  Best supermarket use ever been in UK. Everyone is professional and smiling, very friendly, and I wanted to try the majority of their products. It's great to see a store focussed on more English foods, because everywhere else sells their chicken from random locations, or other strange arrangements. Quality!

  Staff used to be more friendly but now is just ok. I rarely get asked about "my Waitrose card" and they are a bit to serious and grumpy sometimes. There is a good selection of products for a relatively small shop.
